1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity, “Client” or “User”) and Vision Connect Base (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the visionconnectbase.click website, educational workshops, technical masterclasses, and private advisory sessions.

By accessing our website or engaging our educational advisory services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Educational & Independent Advisory Scope

Vision Connect Base provides educational instruction, mathematical modeling, and operational advice regarding cryptocurrency mining pools, stratum network routing, and treasury UTXO management.

No Financial, Custodial, or Investment Advice: All materials, simulations, and consultations provided by Vision Connect Base are strictly for educational and operational optimization purposes. We do not provide investment advice, broker transactions, solicit securities, or hold custody of digital assets or cryptographic private keys.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, curriculum materials, simulation spreadsheets, graphics, website design, audio, video, text, and source code (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned or controlled by Vision Connect Base and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the Republic of Korea and international conventions.

Clients who enroll in advisory engagements or workshops are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to review and implement instructional materials solely for internal business operations.

4. Client Obligations & Data Transmission

When participating in advisory assessments, you agree to provide accurate and truthful telemetry logs, configuration details, and technical context. You agree not to transmit any malicious code, unauthorized network intrusion scripts, or proprietary software belonging to third parties without appropriate licensing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Vision Connect Base, its directors, instructors, or analysts be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost satoshis, hardware damage, or pool downtime losses arising from your implementation of advisory recommendations.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Gyeonggi-do or Seoul, Republic of Korea.
