Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs fee settlements, cancellations, and rescheduling for all educational masterclasses, technical workshops, and private mining pool advisory engagements conducted by Vision Connect Base.

2. Workshop & Masterclass Registration Refunds

For structured group workshops and cohort-based masterclasses:

• Full Refund (100%): Cancellations requested in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the first instructional session will receive a full refund minus any third-party bank wire transfer fees.
• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations submitted between seven (7) and thirteen (13) calendar days prior to session commencement are eligible for a 50% refund, or the full registration fee may be credited toward a future cohort date.
• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than seven (7) calendar days prior to start, or participant no-shows once a cohort has begun, are non-refundable due to reserved seat capacity and committed instructor schedules.

3. Private Advisory Engagements & Custom Audits

For one-on-one engagements (such as the Mining Pool Selection & Payout Architecture Advisory and Treasury UTXO Audits):

• Initial Retainer Deposits: A 50% retainer is required prior to data collection and simulation runs. If the engagement is canceled by the Client prior to the commencement of data analysis, the deposit is refundable minus a ₩150,000 administrative setup fee.
• Work Already Commenced: Once data intake, stratum telemetry logging, or mathematical simulation modeling has begun, retainer deposits are non-refundable to cover analytical labor and computing overhead.
• Post-Delivery Balance: The remaining 50% balance is invoiced upon delivery of the formal report and strategy walkthrough. Once final documentation has been delivered, services are deemed fulfilled and fees are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a private working session or workshop seat up to two (2) times without penalty, provided notice is submitted via email at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled time. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within ninety (90) days of the original date.

5. Refund Request Process & Processing Timelines

To initiate a formal refund request:

1. Submit a written cancellation notice by email to info@visionconnectbase.click including your invoice number, participant/entity name, and bank remittance details.
2. Our administration will review and confirm eligibility within two (2) business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (domestic Korean bank transfer or international SWIFT wire) within five to ten (5–10) business days following confirmation.
